What are athletic pay to participate fees?
BPS student-athletes are required to submit a pay to participate fee before joining an athletic team. The fee covers a portion of the athletic expense.  This helps us focus district resources in the classroom.  A detailed explanation is here.
Fee (per season)
  • Middle School Intramural Sports: $40
  • Middle School Interscholastic Sports: $120
  • High School Interscholastic Sport: $145 or $165 (tiered)
  • Free and Reduced Lunch Qualified Students: 25% of the appropriate fee above (details).
What if my son/daughter does not make the team?
  After the tryout process is complete, we will refund Athletic Registration fees to those students who are not selected on the team.  Please allow approximately 30 days for your refund which will be a school check maild to your home address.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
  No.  Michigan does not require sales tax for the items and registrations on this site.
I have a question on my charges.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance.
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.

When will my credit appear on my account?
  Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
When will my credit card be charged?
  Your credit card will be charged as soon as you complete the checkout process.
